Netflix's 2026 renewal of Seinfeld streaming rights was reportedly slightly lower than the 2019 deal (reported well over $500 million for five years) and covers only the US and Canada, not worldwide.
The hosts estimate about $5 billion has gone to Seinfeld's cap table from all syndication, streaming and DVD deals, with Sony holding distribution rights and re-selling them every roughly five years.
